Construction cranes keep coming to South Florida, as evidenced this week by Miami’s newest boutique high-rise, Elysee Residences. The newly announce condo tower will feature only 100 units in a 57-story waterfront tower set directly on Biscayne Bay at 700 NE 23rd Street in the neighborhood of Edgewater.

The development comes on the heels of the success of Biscayne Beach, a nearby residential tower now under development by the same team, which is almost sold-out. Elysee is being developed by South Florida-based development firm Two Roads Development, an entity formed by the parent company of Eastview Development. Elysee will break ground in the first quarter of 2016, with completion slated for the second quarter of 2018.
