A former Senior Vice President of Sotheby’s International Realty, Royce has been distinguished by the Wall Street Journal as being in the top one hundredth of one percent of real estate agents in the nation, and throughout her career consistently ranked at the top one percent of Sotheby’s International Realty producers on a global scale.
In 2011, while serving as Senior Vice President at Sotheby’s International Realty, Royce founded the Global Partnership. As Founder and Chair of the Global Partnership, Royce brought together a powerhouse network composed of the finest real estate brokers in each key market, enabling her to have her fingers on the pulse of prime real estate worldwide. With the goal of expanding on her success with the Global Partnership, Royce left Sotheby’s and founded her own independent real estate advisory, Pinkwater Select, in 2014.

Julie is a highly strategic problem solver, with a relentless customer focus. Her hyper listening skills enable her to deeply understand her clients’ financial and emotional desires and craft an optimal solution. Julie began in the real estate business in 1994 working with Royce Pinkwater at Sotheby’s International Realty. From Sotheby’s, Julie embarked on a long marketing and media career, holding executive management positions that included Publisher of MORE Magazine, Publisher of Fitness Magazine, VP Publisher of Ladies Home Journal, SVP Client Development at Univision Media, and SVP Advertising and Brand Solutions at Pivot TV. Through these leadership roles, Julie was responsible for over a billion dollars in sales revenues.
Now, partnering with Royce at Pinkwater Select, Julie looks to continue to innovate in this very dynamic marketplace. Her promise to the firm’s clients is to leverage her decades-long success in sales and her broad knowledge of resources to help them realize their real estate dreams.
Born and raised in the legendary San Remo building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, Julie attended Boston University, returning to New York City upon graduating. She has raised three children; two girls who attended Hewitt and a son who went to Allen-Stevenson.
|Gabrielle began her real estate career in Property Management before joining Pinkwater Select in December 2015. She played a key role in developing and marketing a boutique extended stay and corporate housing business for the portfolio of properties that she managed on the Upper East Side. The bespoke offering of services and amenities that Gabrielle helped design was unique in the rental industry and became a benchmark that other management companies would follow. As Property Manager, Gabrielle oversaw multiple and simultaneous renovation projects while also working to lease 40+ short-term apartments, managing the daily operation of the properties, and providing dedicated concierge level service to her rental clients.
Prior to her start in real estate, Gabrielle pursued her passion for world cultures and cuisines at SAVEUR Magazine, an awarded food and travel publication. There, on the sales and marketing team, she tapped into her restaurant industry connections to help execute major food events, like the magazine’s annual Summer Cookout at the Boat Basin.
Growing up in Putnam County, NY, Gabrielle was largely influenced by her family’s European origins, and speaks several languages as a result, including Italian, French, and Spanish. Her passion and appreciation for different cultures lead her to move to New York City, where she graduated from Pace University with a dual business degree in International Management and Marketing, with a Minor in Italian Studies.
As part of the Pinkwater Select team, Gabrielle’s focus is on sales brokerage and the Pinkwater Turnkey offerings, while providing devoted customer service for the firm’s clients and partners. Her generous hospitality and love for people helps clients feel at home at our Upper East Side office.
