NYC's priciest rentals, newest 'startitect' design and Billionaire Row to get one more tower

 

According to Curbed’s list of the priciest apartments for rent in New York City, is the entire 39th floor of the Pierre Hotel. For $500,000 a month, renters can enjoy services such as a “pet pampering” butler service and a jaguar chauffeur. Other top-dollar rentals include a glass penthouse formerly rented byRobert De Niro for $95,000 a month, a 14,000 square foot penthouse with eight bedrooms for $125,000 a month, and a summer rental in Tribeca with a private garden with a monthly rate of $100,000.
