Frank Gehry Building at Berlin’s Brandenburg Gate Said for Sale

A Frank Gehry-designed office and apartment building near Berlin’s Brandenburg Gate is up for sale, according to three people with knowledge of the matter.

The four-story DZ Bank building at Pariser Platz 3 is being marketed by BNP Paribas Real Estate and is valued at as much as 120 million euros ($134 million), said the people, who asked not to be identified because the information is private.

The structure, owned by a DG Anlage GmbH closed-end fund, was constructed in 2000 under government guidelines to replace a building destroyed during World War II.
