$15.5M Cobble Hill townhouse sets the record for the most expensive home ever sold in Brooklyn

 

A Cobble Hill townhouse crammed full of the types of amenities normally reserved for luxe Manhattan skyscrapers has broken the record for the most expensive home ever sold in Brooklyn, the Daily News has learned.

The four-story, six-bedroom carriage house, at 177 Pacific St., sold for $15.5 million, according to our spies, crushing the previous record Brooklyn sale by a whopping $3 million.

That mark was set by in 2012, when Truman Capote’s former digs at 70 Willow St. in Brooklyn Heights sold for $12.5 million.
